Services are provided under contract, with clearly defined scopes, timelines, and terms agreed between the client and the company.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about systems and infrastructure
• Obtain necessary authorization for security testing
• Maintain confidentiality of security reports and findings
• Keep credentials and access credentials secure

4. Confidentiality

• All security assessment findings and reports are confidential
• Fortiv Labs will not disclose client security data to third parties without consent
• Clients must not share assessment reports with unauthorized parties

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All service contracts are payable as agreed in the signed agreement
• Refund terms depend on individual service agreements signed before work begins

6. Prohibited Activities

• Users may not misuse our services for unauthorized security testing
• Attempt to access systems without proper authorization
• Share confidential security reports without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our systems

7. Intellectual Property

• All Fortiv Labs branding, methodologies, reports, and content are protected intellectual property. You may not use them without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fortiv Labs provides security services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for breaches that occur outside the scope of our engagement or after our assessment period.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Sunsari District, Province 1.
